The Cape Cod national Seashore is a spectacular place to visit to enjoy everything that a beach has to offer. Get there early to witness a truly spectacular sun rise or stay late to watch a beautiful sun set. If the beach is not your thing you can also go see many of the amazing lighthouses that are part of the Cape Cod National Seashore. The seashore also is home to over 450 different types of amphibians, reptiles, fish, mammals, and birds. The piping plover is one of their most famous residents. As it is an endangered species it is a real treat to be able to come here and see some of them. Fishing is also a favorite thing to do here. The Marconi Wireless Station is also another favorite tourist spot. This is where the first first transatlantic wireless communication between the United States and Europe took place. It is an amazing part of the history of the US, and you will learn all about the history of the station while you are there. Hiking is another part of the seashore. There are many different trails and paths to walk through, and if walking is not your thing they even have a biking trail that you can bike on. While you are walking on the trails you will be able to enjoy many forms of wildlife, and also enjoy many great and amazing views. They really have all you need to have a great time.
